Wonderful Summer

It has been a wonderful summer. We got home after the fourth of July and have been running ever since. Pam and I took our Aunt Betty out to lunch at Olive Garden on Saturday. She is 82 years old, still looks wonderful, golfs, sings in the choir, has tons of friends and flies all over to see her kids and grandchildren. We had a nice visit. Today we went to the Ottawa River Yacht Club for a breakfast lunch with Bob and Ruth. Now Steve and Bud are out on the tractors cutting down weeds and small trees that have grown up on the farm. If you don't plant the land it turns to weeds in a hurry.
I am going to try and keep this blog up better than I did last year. I think I really need to slow down and realize I can't be running around like a teenager at my age. The old body is talking to me and giving me hints so maybe I better start listening.
